Man, I got one of those discontinued Celeron Ds from Fry's a few weeks ago and OC'd it to 3.6GHz in an ECS board I had sitting around. Chaching!
Now I looked around to find a good deal on a Celeron 775 but it's all priced at straight up retail. Man, would that be a killer if the Celly 775 went to a discount of $44.90 with this Soltek?!
Oh, well.

gregtor, let us know how this works out for you, both before and after the bios update.

edit: Man, 2 hours till this sale dies. Is this a good MB? I have a case components waiting for a MB & CPU. This looks really good, and I can wait for the 775 to come down in April. Oh, what to do, what to do....
