SOLTEK SL-75DRV2 and Alpha PAL8045?

Someone on NewEgg.com commented on that motherboard, saying it's great, but that Alpha heatsink does NOT fit on it. Here:

It doesn't look like it would fit.. Damn, why can't board makers just clear enough space aroung the CPU?!
 
Thanks VBboy, I think I will be going for the Gigabyte kt266a board instead since my budget can't handle the Dragon+ 🙁 . Like the Alpha page says a quick clipping should do the trick with that board.
