Which is the better board for a new computer builder? I'm asking this because both boards have 20 pin power connectors and support pcie. I don't want to upgrade my psu but I also don't want to compromise myself by using a 20pin psu in a 24pin motherboard...

I have the NF4Pro running on one of my systems with 3200 venice with a Ati 800xl and it runs flawlessly. It has the old 20 pin connector on the board which may be a good or bad thing depending on who you ask. I honestly don't care and don't see the difference, but that's me. It's also not an Ultra NF4, but all that means is it won't support SATA II or Active Armor, but who really needs this anyway. If you want a stable board that runs great at stock speeds I recommend this board highly. This is my third Soltek board and have never had an issue with them. I wouldn't say this board overclock all that well, but I haven't tried with this board. I have never owned an Abit product so I can't comment on their stuff, but I will recommend the Soltek board. Hope this helps.
