Soltek K8T Pro 939 or MSI K8T Neo2 F MB?

After reading that "massive" thread on the Soltek K8T Pro 939 MB, I'm wondering what people's opinions are of this board. Those of you that have it, are you satisfied, or are you regretting your decision?

As I'm on a budget, my choices are pretty much limited to this board, or the MSI K8T Neo 2 F MB.

I'm considering running the Athlon 64 3000+ cpu with 1024mb of pc3200 DDR 400 ram (Corsair Value ram)....

Thanks for any additional insight...

Sorry...it's not an option...my budget is pretty limited, and I need the AGP port for my ATI 9800 pro....

I will pick the Soltek, the are great and overclock easy, I know the board has the AGP/PCI luck, I had MSI (KT 600 delta) and overcloking the ram was a pain.

Can you budget a tad more for a MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum? Of those 2 I would pick the MSI.

Unfortunately, I wish I could, but the Platinum is $40 more than the original MSI I listed and $70 more than the Soltek....

If your pocketbook is that important, then by all means, go with the Soltek.

I have the Soltek K8T Pro 939 right now, and it's running fine. It really depends what you want to do with your CPU. I can't get my CPU (which is supposedly a good stepping Winchester) to go above 250 HTT, whereas some other people have put theirs at 300. Anyway, I run at stock, and it's pretty much rock solid. I've had uptimes of two weeks before I installed some Windows updates.
