Soltek FRN 75 L Owners, how far did you o/c?

Antec TruPower 350-Watt
Samsung 2700 256MB
Athlon XP 1700 Tbred B 307 from excaliberpc
Soltek FRN-75 L

Okay, I recently flashed by bios to the 1.3 version. However when I change my fsb it always screws up! Whats am I doing wrong? I thought I had AGP/PCI Lock, is there a opition for it somewhere? Or should I up my core voltage?
