soltek audio vs asus

for the nforce2. which one is the better sound or isit the same. the auus used the realtek while soltek use the ac97. this is probably the last decided factor for me..really i dont want the sound to be a hog on the cpu in addition to sound quality..the color of the asus is kind of lame but if the sound is the better and not a hog than convice me or are the sound of both identical. thanks
