Link.

Stability

I tested the board with 10 loops of 3D Mark 2000, 10 loops of Business Winstone2001 while having FOLDING@HOME running at the background. The board passed the tests without any problem.

Conclusion

From the benchmarks above, we conclude that Soltek 75FRN-L's performance is very close to the big boys, e.g. Epox and Asus.

:)

Killrose, I have this board, and there is a multi adjustment in bios... just not with the shipping bios. Had to upgrade to 1.2

Thanx man :) That was the only negative on the board for me, I think this is gonna be the Nforce2 with IGP board I go with on my next AMD boxen instead of the MSI, that is if you can confirm it's a fair overclocker.

Picked up a SL-75FRN-L this week from www.misrcorps.com.

Am very satisfied with this Mboard. It is stable and O/C's well.

Hit 200 Mhz FSB right out of the box. Using 1.2 BIOS have

multipliers from 5X thru 18X.

Doesn't have the 4 mounting holes around the Ziff socket

so it's limited to using air.

Vcore is limited to 1.8 and the Vdimm is limited to 2.8 at

this time but I look for Soltek to give a BIOS upgrade in

the near future for juice increase in these areas.

I just purchased one at Googlegear for $89 incl UPS 2-day shipping.
Most of the reviews have been very positive.

There is a multiplyer with this board, however you wont get one on the Pally cores. Anyone know how to enabled pci/agp locking?

For the 75FRN-L...

The 1.3 BIOS that is available now gives AGP adjustments. Just set it at 66Mhz and PCI
will run at 33 Mhz. No matter what FSB you run everything remain locked.

No settings are required anywhere with nForce2 for AGP/PCI lock. It's auto.

BTW. the 1.3 gives FSB thru 204-207-211 in those steps.

There is a 75FRN2-L that is available now. (big brother) It is fast as hell and stable.
With FSB options thru 250Mhz in 1Mhz steps.

Luck.
