What makes him different is that he did not hurl insults at people who were not at fault for what annoys him. Unlike those protesters, who did.

Amd what would you call this:

kazeakuma:

All the bloody cowards out there seem to take gratification in hurling insults at people they know can't fight back. Which IMO makes them lower than pond scum, someone that can't take the consequences of his actions is not a real person at all.

Well, that doesn't count. They aren't people... they are lower than pond scum.

😛

Hey, I'm allowed to vent aren't I? This seems to be where everyone else does it 🙂

kaz, it's by venting that you had a chance to see how like the venters you were venting about you are. That's a good thing, no? It means you will be able to have some compassion for them and for yourself and they move on to a more constructive understanding. Venting is irrational, but you have to get it out of your system, sometimes, to see it for what it is. Don't feel lonely or anything. You are just one of a long line of Moonbeam fans I have pointed this out to. 😀

Lynchmob asshole mentality is the cause behind such things. Those soldiers signed up to defend Australian interests. If they disagree with the Iraq conflict and go to war they're going because they do agree with being loyal to Australia's wishes. Chances are they joined before this liklihood of war even came about.

What they're doing is childish and cowardly, I just pointed that out. If I come across as abusive, then it's because I'm bloody annoyed as hell.
-------------------
They are too. How are you different. They think the soldiers deserve abuse, you think they do. Same thing. They have lots of real people that agree with them too. What does abuse have to do with being right?

I don't know but it certainly seems childish and stupid to me to verbally abuse the people that may one day lay down their lives so that you will have the freedom to verbally abuse them.

I would call that someone who is lashing out at people who ARE at fault for annoying him. Unlike the protesters who lashed out at people who are NOT at fault for anoying them.

Exactly, element, justified and unjustified lashing out,.... it's all justified by the mind if individuals, but it's all a matter of how you see it. At essence, it's the same. When you realize that people are the captive of their viewpoint and their viewpoint rests on unexamined assumptions and unsupported notions of rectitude, you work to help people expand their understanding.

I don't disagree with that at all. That is the reverse part of what I am saying. It's childish to lash out at them and childish to lash out at the childish. Lashing out does nothing. Some small attempt to educate people might.
