I highly recommend a book called "Tropic of Hockey" by a guy named Dave Bidini. Seriously, you would really enjoy it. I did.
 
Heh. My brother in law is out with his unit sleeping in tents. He says they're able to take showers once every 3-5 days. :| No time for hockey or real games or anything.
