Soldering 815ePRO to default Vcore 1.85?

Ive seen a few posts on this here in anantech.
And reports of it working great.
I have a MSI 815ePRO. And it has problems boosting voltage past 1.8, it just wont boot.
And There is a way to solder the board or chip to make the default voltage to 1.85. Which would be perfect for my chip.
Any one.
Heard there is a articel on HardOCP possiblty.

I have my CPU at 1.85 volts with the speed listed in my sig.

 

Is this just for Celeron II's?
Because I have a p3 700 cb0, that needs 1.85v to get 933.
And the MSI 815e PRO has a problem bumping the voltage that high.
Whatcha think?
