Thanks for the post but I think I'll pass. Laptops break easily as they are so I'm not sure if I can trust a refurbished one.

Looks like you get a 30 day unconditional return period. Past that, you pay $79 for a one year warranty.

But you are probably still doing okay to get a 15" display, 512MB of memory, CDRW, 40 GB hard drive. Presumably you're getting XP Home, but the OS is not described.
