Sol Republic Shadow Wireless earphones

So I ended up buying these headphones at Best Buy today. I've been looking at bluetooth earbuds for a while and too many of them had reviews of either being too uncomfortable or not sounding good. I saw these in store quite by accident, and started googling. I found a few articles that seemed to really like them:

The thing that got me was that they're rubberized and flexible. I almost bought one of LGs sets a while back, but they're a hard plastic that didn't seem to be easy to pocket. So I dropped the $100, figuring I could keep the receipt and return them if they end up being terrible.

BUT, with my very limited use I'm very happy with my purchase. The bass response on these headphones is nice a punchy without being overly boomy, exactly how I like it. They're very light, and the rubberized band keeps things comfortable. I haven't used them long enough to comment on battery life, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase. If anybody else is on the fence about getting a wireless headset like this, I think it's about time to jump.

I think you need to buy a set of those chinese $20-25 pairs so you can compare. How stable do you think they are for physical activity such as jogging?

They're light enough to where you shouldn't notice them. The rubberized texture also seems to keep them in place pretty well where I think a hard plastic type would slip and bounce more. Depending on the type of shirt you wear, I think they're also comfortable enough to keep UNDER your shirt to minimize movement.

I listened to them more, and on the sound quality side I'm finding the mids to be a little muted. I had to tweak the EQ to get a little more life in the mix compared to the wired set I was using, but it still sounds quite good compared to my expectations.

It also has a pretty cool feature that'll come in handy. You can connect to two separate devices at a time (like a PC and phone), and when you mute one audio source and start the other, the headset automatically switches. So I can listen to music on my phone, but then easily switch sources to my PC to watch a training video or something. It's not perfect though... switching from phone to PC happens instantly, but switching from PC to phone has quite a delay before it finally starts playing audio from the phone. That may be the phones fault though, and not the headset.
