SOL headphones.....your impressions.

I was vactioning last week in Borelando FL, visiting my mother. Being ultra bored as orlando is ultra boring, I hit a mall and went to FYE to check out some cheapo used DVDs when I saw these headphones on display. They were the SOL track HD and were on sale for like 89 bucks or so. Having had wanted bass-heavy cans like the DREs but not wanting to spend 300 bucks on them I tried the SOL republics. They sound great if you are into bass-heavy sound. I bought them then researched them. I know, bass ackwards but I really dig them. The minimalist look and feel are nice and the band is really unbreakable. I showed them to my son and he bought a pair too. we are digging them. Any others here dig em?
