Sofware to play MP3s

What software will play MP3s randomly from a given folder(s) from HDD(s).

Edit: to clarify............something like an App that changes your wallpaper image automatically but an App that chooses MP3s and plays them.

Thanks.

Umm... all of them?

If you mean one that will do it so that you can add files to the directories and it will automatically load them into the playlist each time it runs, I don't know. I know with Winamp you have to manually select "add directory" for it to update the list.

window media player will automatically look into the folder that you specify where you locate you music (ex. d:/music) everytime you restart it. Then, you just use shuffle function to play all songs randomly.

Ahh yes, I'd forgotten about that. Good call.

Unfortunately, WMP isn't the least resource intensive of media players. If this is for a Media Center PC it'll do, but if you're using it on your main PC you may want to keep looking, especially since it steals focus if you use either the "play/pause" button or the "stop" button on Media Center-type keyboards.
