Software/utility out there that can sort music files

I heard iTunes does this so I was wondering if there were other peices of software that could do this as well where by looking at the ID3 tag, it could sort your music collection by artist into folders..

iTunes is excellent at organizing your MP3 folder and working with ID3 tags. Just dont use it to play the music, takes up a good deal of ram.

if your id tags are in order why bother with what folder they're in?

Because MP3 players like them to be in folders in order to sort by artist... Trust me, its useful when you have a large collection. Thats like saying, "if your programs know what files it uses, why don't all programs store their files in program files with out having sub folders?"
