My wife is running OSX 10.4.11. Tonight she ran an automated update, and started to observe a strange occurance when she has Safari open.
I am not all that Mac savvy, but usually if Safari is the active Program, the menu bar along the top of the screen shows Safari. For some reason, while she is in Safari, the OS will randomly jump to the Finder...this happens when her Mac is idle or if she is actively working in Safari.
Anyone familiar with this kind of issue or how to resolve it? I know how to troubleshoot a PC, but I am ignorant on how to troubleshoot a Mac.
She just confirmed that this problem is not unique to Safari...it happens with any program she has open.
