Software Tweak to Automatically Resize Windows in Vista

Is there an application that will automatically resize a window to fit the height of a monitor, preferably that integrates into the OS somehow? I could have sworn I've seen a utility around that would also let you do things like auto-size a couple windows to take up all the screen real estate, which is handy as I have a 24" monitor.

Maximize does this as well as width.

But you want just height don't ya?

Yes, and maximize won't have it take up just the remaining amount of space available to that window on the monitor, it will take up the whole monitor. I know I've seen software that does this, but am completely drawing a blank on the name.
