We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. And no, I'm not talkign about wallpaper. I want to take an image and put it on the desktop on top of my wallpaper, kind of like a sticky note. Is there any software which does this?
Hmm...well doesn't active desktop eat system resources? Or have they fixed that? So all I need to do is enable active desktop, create an HTML file with the image in it, and add it to the desktop?
Oh...also one big disadvantage to Active Desktop is that in WinXP, the backgrounds for text on icons is no longer transparent...it's back to the ugly colored rectangles. 🙁
thanks mods for moving to this forum...i didn't evne notice it before.
