I want to reprogram my keyboard keys. Do you know of any good freeware with a small footprint?

I visited the KeyTweak website and saw this screenshot, on the right it says "For use with some keyboards" but it's not further explained in the manual. I have a Cherry G84-4100 keyboard. Before I install KeyTweak, can it disable the Windows key and remap some keys to become volume control keys?
