Currently I have a Creative Digital Video Blaster that encodes external video into MPEG2. However, I need to convert to MPEG1 so that I can burn to VCD.
I've used DVD2AVI and then used TMPGENC to reencode, but then what happens is, about 30 minutes into the reencoded video, the sound gradually loses sync.
Can someone recommend a software product that allows a direct conversion from MPEG2 to MPEG1? Both commericial and freeware products are good.
