Software to read/view files on a dlt tape

Just wondering what the best software to view/read the contents of a dlt tape is in windows. The tape just contains files, not a special backup archive or anything. Thanks

ntbackup? What software was used to write the data TO the tape?

The best bet would be what ever was used to write to the tape.

Unless you know the format of the output, it will be difficult to decipherthe information by another program.
