software to open Installshield self-extracting installer

hey folks,

I'm getting an error that says:

"The decompression of %s failed. There may not be enough free disk space available in the TEMP directory."

Really lame, and it is for a patch for a piece of software I have. Is there a program out there that I can EXTRACT the files out of the "installshield self-extracting installer" ? Thanks!
