Software to monitor website redirects on client?

I could REALLY use a proggy to keep log/window of the intermediate redirects of the active Inet Explorer window. For example, when I go to a certain site, i'll click a link, which goes to a perl script. The script redirects the page to another page, which redirects me to my final destination. I'd like to be able to see the URL of that middle page for testing and validation. This happens so quickly though that I can't copy it.

Any ideas?
