Hey all. So for the past week or so while playing halo3 online on my 360, I'd start lagging real bad around midnight up to the point my game is unplayable. Went to my router and noticed my computer lan light was blinking even though no programs were open. When looking at the network utilization monitor in the task manager, i saw it was consuming my entire downstream bandwidth. The first time, i figured it was windows update doing it's thing... but it's been doing this everyday now.
Is there a program out there that will tell me what programs, processes, or services are using my network connection, and how much bandwidth they are using? I have a good feeling I have a virus or something on there... but would like to know the culprit. Google was no help to me.
thanks for your help!
