Software to find RAM type? (PC3200, etc?)

I have an ASUS A7N8X Deluxe board, I'm curious to know if there is any software out there that can tell me what kind of RAM I am using?

first of all, welcome to the forums timbo. secondly, yes, download aid32, it is a diagnostics tool which will give you basically everything about your rig, including your ram type.
