Software to enhance the quality of videos?

I have a few videos that I took 6 years back with my Nokia 6630 phone which has a 1.3 MP camera...

They have a rather poor quality.....Is there any application that can enhance the entire video quality?

Adobe Premier with plug-ins.

Not sure you want to spend that kind of money for phone video.

You might try some filters in Avidemux, like noise reduction, sharpen, etc... I wouldn't expect miracles with video from a phone though.

Not as much as you'd probably like.

The image is marginally relevant, but come on guys, we're not 4Chan. And with something that big you definitely shouldn't be inlining it.
