Software to create a bootable clone of a hard drive?

I have a 2x300GB RAID 0 array with Vista 64 on it. I'd like to clone the drive to another drive, with the new drive being bootable. In other words I don't want to make an image of the drive, I want to make a bootable copy. (not sure if this matters, but the destination drive is not the same size, it is 700GB rather than 600GB)

What software is out there that I should use for this?

i would do this with my TrueImage created Rescue Media (Bootable.) Using it I would clone the RAID 0 array to the new drive, and when finished, the new drive would be bootable. With RAID 0 you must clone the array. A single drive of thst array would be useless.

The drive size difference would be handled by proportional cloning.
