Software to Colapse Directories

Anyone know of any software that will move all files in subdirectories a specific parent directory?

Can't you just use find and move them yourself? It's not automated, but I don't think Windows has anything like the unix 'find' command.

yes i could go through all 500+ dirs and move the files by hand... But i was looking for a more efficient way.

No, I meant open up find, find all files, select the files and move them all at once.
