software to burn DVDs?

i have nero 6.6 and i just got a dvd burner that came bundled with 'nero express OEM' so i didnt even install it cause i figure whatever 'express OEM' can do, 'ULTRA' can do and then some right...? wrong! i'm not sure what software to use to burn a backup data DVD cause theres no option in nero for it... anyone got any suggestions?
 
There's a dropdown box at the top of Nero that has the drive you are burning to listed.

Make sure it's got your DVD Burner listed in that, and then Nero should give you the options to burn to DVD.

I made the same mistake one day, because both of my drives are burners, but one is only a CD Burner. When it was listed at the top, Nero only gave the option to burn to CD's.
