Software to automatically send an email everyday?

Is there a piece of software that will send the same email for me Monday to Thursday and a slightly different one every Friday? I have to send an email everyday to have a pick up done by a delivery company. This has been going on for over a year and they will not accept it as a standard job they just do. It only takes a minute, but it's just gets on my nerves...more the fact that the delivery company won't accept it as a standard job until further notice.
