Software to adjust end points on joystick?

Hey Guys,

I have a game (Virtual RC) that I want to limit the amount of input from the USB controller. Basically I want a way to adjust the amount of throw on the steering and throttle. On an RC radio system this would be Adjustable Travel Volume. The USB controller that they provide doesn't have this essential adjustment and there is no way to do it inside the game.

Is there a program that I could install to accomplish this?

Pinnacle Game Profiler should work for you. Its similar to the dedicated programing tools provided by logitech and cd-products.
