Software that monitors web page changes?

It's been awhile, but a yr or two ago there was a free program that would allow you to monitor changes in a web page. This was used mainly by Hot Deal users to check when an item was back in stock.

Does anyone remember the name of that software, and if so, can you let me know what it's called?
