software that comes with components

Guys I'm just wondering. I can see a lot of sense in installing the driver that comes with my graphics card. Do I really need to install the software that comes with it? Isn't Windows enough to tweak monitor settings?

Likewise, I got a DVD with the DVD-RW drive. What do I need it for? What about the software that comes with the mobo?

Do most of ya'll consider this bloatware or do you install it anyway?

i avoid whatever's on the CD and download the newest drivers from ATI/nVidia.

Yeah, you'll definitely want the graphics card driver, but not the one that came on the CD as PottedMeat said. I usually don't bother with any of the discs that come with the hardware actually.
