Change your voice to something elses. I have heard of it, just can't find it. Like in the movies. Someone told me some soundblaster software can do it?

I've never heard of technology that can do such a thing in real time. However, it sounds very interesting. I wonder how accurate it is though. Voices are so dynamic. Programming something to pick up and all the differences in pronounciation and such must be a daunting task.

What thedan is asking about is realtime effects. They've been cheap for over a decade.
I can't see changing accent as being an option for a decade. Computers can't even transcribe voices reliably yet.
