Software that allows you to have 2 desktops?

i heard from a friend but he didn't know the name of it. Apparently there is software that allows you to have 2 desktops, you can switch between the two by clicking on something on the toolbar or something like that. Anyknow know the name of this software?

There are tons of virtual desktop apps. Nvidia actually has one, which you can find by:

Right click desktop.
Properties.
Settings tab.
Advanced.
Geforce 6800 or whatever tab.

Look for nView.

Seconded, BUT it has issues. When using Excel and switching between desktops all menus in Excel disappear.
