software raid-1 on win2k pro

is setting up software RAID-1 (mirroring) possible on win2k pro? I've converted two disks to dynamic, with one unallocated, both of the same size, and the option to mirror the first disk is grayed out.. is this just not possible with win2k pro? I've already done this successfully on win2k server...
