I have 5 workstations that only need one application runner...ever! Is there a program out there that will let me do this? I want to disable everything but this application (think permanent full screen).

Thanks!

Use Group Policy Editor to Allow Users To Run Only Specified Programs in Windows 7. Using gpedit.msc allows you to configure your workstations how ever you see fit. That little tut is only one example of what you can lock down with Group Policy.
