If you purchase a program from a retailer and disagree with EULA what are your options to get your money back? Most stores won't refund opened software, so its a no go there. AFIAK the store should HAVE to refund you if you don't agree, since your forced to agree to it in order to use it, and you're not provided a copy of it pre-sale.

What do you guys think, what can you do?

Return it to the store. By law they have to take it back. Warranty of merchantability.
