Software is breaking hardware... Which freakin forum would it go in?

Everytime i load up DScaler to watch digital cable, my network card stops working

Where the hell would i ask?

Winfast TV2000 XP

Its just a video cap card, im runnin my digital cable in through S-vid

it didnt come with one (i dont think)

its just a cap, not a tv-tuner

i have the same card. you can goto Leadtek's site and download the drivers and PVR program. you can view TV w/ the PVR program. (leadtek's site seems to be slow, so i can't link it)

it should have also came on the CD you got.
