I received the Sapphire Theatrix card today. I am looking for agood software to replace the PowerCinema 4 software that came with it. Basically I want it to receive EPG information somehow, work with the Sapphire Remote, and switch between channels smoothly.
I prefer to use a freeware. Any suggestions?

Freeware? Either Myth for Linux or GB-PVR for Windows. Windows Media Center 2005 has free PVR however you have to buy the OS. 🙂

Great products that do cost money are SageTV and BeyondTV for Windows..
