Situation:
I kind of screwed myself cause I set my hotmail account as a pop3 in outlook express thinking that would sync with hotmail. I then proceeded to download all my mail into outlook express not knowing it wasn't a sync, and on top of that the smtp doesn't work so it's not really usable, and now none of my email are on my web version of hotmail.

Question:
Basically I want a program (similar to outlook express hopefully) that will sync with my hotmail account. If I delete something in it, it deletes on hotmail, if I send mail it in, the sent mail also shows up in the web interface, etc.

Secondary question:
Is there anyway to get all the mail I downloaded into outlook express back into my web version? Possibly if there is a sync program can I move mail into it from outlook express and it'll sync them back to my web version?

Thanks.

Not possible. Hotmail doesn't support IMAP, or this two-way syncing you are talking about, only POP3. Mail goes out to the client, there is no way to send it from the client to the web server.

Windows Live Mail or Outlook plus Outlook Connector will give you a live, synchronized view of your Hotmail account.

Personally I have all my hotmail pulled into Gmail, then deleted on hotmail itself.
