I need a program that will let me listen to the FM radio that comes with a lot of tv tuner cards. A lot of the older cards that are NTSC only also can tune radio which makes them still useful. The software sometimes doesn't provide good options or hasn't been updated in a long time so it doesn't work with current versions of windows like seven. I can get drivers to work but need something to access the sound and tune it.

Searched for fm radio software but all I get is online radio hits. Anyone know of a general purpose radio tuning software app ?
 
If you have XP Media Center, or Vista Home Premium, or Windows 7, you can use Media Center to access it.

GB-PVR can also access your hardware radio tuner.

They're a bit resource heavy unfortunately.
