Software for putting pictures in emails?

Heres the story: my wifes mother in law wants a lot of pictures of the family. I had some HP software that came with the camera that made sizing and putting pictures in emails easy, but half a day and I don't know how many techs later, no one at HP's customer service in New Delhi could help me resolve the MAPI error tht kept the software from working with outlook, even after a harddisk reformat.

Is there some other software that you can recommend to make this process fast and painless? I just want to be able to toss a bunch of reasonably resized pictures in an email and send it fast, without the need to hand resize each one using word as an email editor or something like that.

Thanks,

Hans

What OS?

If it's XP (maybe 2k as well), just right click on the pictures, Send To -> Mail Recipient, and it will ask you if you want to resize pictures :)

I listed the OS with the specs in my post: Windows XP Pro.

The problem with these solutions is that I am on a dial up, so is she, and she doesnt know how to open attached files or anything besides pressing the "read" button and at 71 adamantly refuses to learn anything about a computer at all. Resized pictures let me send five or six while only waiting a couple of minutes for the upload to my ISP.

She needs to see the pictures already open and resized in the body of the email. She is longing for frequent images of her new grandson, so its become a big deal with both my wife and her asking me to get this working again.

Sorry for causing confusion as to what my problem is with this.

Will take a look at Infranview, Thank you.
