Software for file transfers between different HDDs?

My hard drives are a mess right now. There's different files everywhere, and I'm trying to organize them. I have a lot of large movie files on each of my 6 different hard drives in my computer, and I want to start organizing everything.

Most of my drives are large 5400rpm drives so it's very time consuming to transfer files between drives. I've come to find that doing multiple file transfers between hard drives at once slows all of the transfers exponentially.

Is there any software I can use to queue file transfers to expedite the process?

That program is pretty nice, but the only thing that's annoying about it is that you can't queue copies to different locations. I can send multiple files from different drives into one folder, but I can't queue transfers to different locations.

Even so, it took only 5 minutes to copy 2 5gb files instead of 25 minutes. Great improvement from normal file transfers in explorer. Thanks.

MStele,
Can you elaborate on how you'd use fillezilla to accomplish what he is asking? I have similar issues but I thought filezilla was only for ftp client?
