Software for checking hdd health?

A couple of the hdds in my rig are almost 3 years old and I wanted to know if there is a simple freeware that can check them and tell me how they are doing. Thanks.

Thanks. Tried it and its says my drives are good but that might be because I always keep them cool. Not really sure how to interpret the various columns of info.

If there are any issues detected, the balls to the left of the smart attributes will turn from blue (OK) to yellow (warning) or red (failure).
