Software for checking DIMMs???

Anyone know of any software that will allow you to check your DIMMs to determine what speed they are, what capacity, or if they are working properly? Is there a program that will put them through an intense workout, so I can weed out the not-so-good pieces? Someone gave me a bag of DIMMs, and I wanted to try to set them up as matching sets.
 
Go to SimmTester.com for a program to test RAM.

You can check out the contents of the SPD and various capacities using the SPD plugin for Motherboard Monitor.
 
AndyHui...Thanks...even though I haven't run it yet, it appears to be exactly what I'm looking for. Do you know if it is crippleware, or limited in any way?
