Software for 120 to 250 SSD for LM14

So, I want to move the SSD in its entirety from a Samsung EVO 840 120GB SSD to a EVO 850 250GB. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that Samsung of Macrium offer abilities in Linux (I could be wrong). Preferably, I would like the process to span to use the entire 250GB, but just cloning would be fine, too.

Suggestions for solutions or approach?

PS I am so use to just nuking and paving that maybe that would be easier (and safer).

This is what I would use. I forget what happens to the "extra" space, but if it's unallocated, I'd expand the partition with gparted.
