Software Device Enumerator

I found this error in msinfo32
I did massive searches found same problems but no amswers.
Some hp systems are getting false errors exactly like this in msinfo.
Mine was found after a unwanted reboot.
I found nothing in reg to tell me what this is.
Everything in device manager seems ok
Nothing exactly like that in device manager.Other plug and play but closest I found "IO read data port for ISA Plug and Play Enumerator"
Can someone advise me where or what is this device.
Am I suppost to have one in device manager.
