Are there software development sites out there? Microsoft seems to have some really nice, user-friendly pages with news, updates, columns for C#, .NET and such. Any others? If there is a site similar to Tom's Hardware/Anandtech/ArsTechnica but for software development, I'd love to know!

Edit: First post!

Pretty much any, except game development. Just like Anandtech covers just about everything related to hardware, is there a site that covers a wide range of software development news and articles? I'm looking for news and updates on Java, Python, C++, .NET, Javascript, software engineering, operating system concepts, etc. Anything, really.

A nice site I just found is Dr. Dobb's Journal website.

Thanks, those are good sites.

p.s. Blogs are ok if they deal with software development.
