Software Auditing

I need a way to determine all of the software loaded in an NT/2000 environment. I have around 100 machines in a domain that need to be audited. Is there any free shareware that can do the job? If not, is there any place in the registry or a file that may list all software aps so I can go from computer to computer quickly.
